A fast pace book with surprising twists.
This is the fourth or fifth book I have gotten by this author. His stories are enjoyable and well written. A little short for my usual taste, but good none the less.
I read Betrayal (Honor Bound Book 2) by Jon Kiln and found it to be quite a good read. The story is fast paced and packed with action and adventure. Nisero, Berengar, and Arianne are interesting and pleasant characters in the storyline. There are several good battle scenes where Nisero and Berengar fight to protect themselves and to save their kingdom from evil forces that are trying to remove and relace the king to which they are loyal. I don’t want to say too much and give away the story so I will stop here. I highly recommend that you read Betrayal by Jon Kiln. You won’t be disappointed.
What I uncovered in this book was an action packed novel full of fantasy and fast paced adventure goodness! It is a good read for the following reasons action packed books with great plots and well developed characters are fun too read about, John Kiln is an awesome author, and three the honot bound series is a must read!
In Betrayal, you will find Lieutenant Nisero on a mission to safely guard a foreigner who is visiting the land. However, Nisero isn't alone in this task, but also gets the help of his elite guard. The shocking part is that the foreigner visiting the land is killed along with the elite guard causing panic and havoc for Nisero. Fighting to survive and save his own life, Nisero flees to save himself. In the last minute of betrayal, Nisero runs to the aid of Captain Berengar who helps him in his quest.
It's a great read for action and fantasy readers, so check it out!
